The test galaxy is now back up- I am terribly sorry for the delay!
We had some more downtime on Monday, possibly due to some bad memory in the new server. However, in the process of debugging the memory, I downloaded a new version of my compiler and rebuilt the Tyrannus executable.... The others will come back on Wednesday, Feb 25 unless testing reveals major bugs in the new server.
Please, as a courtesy, do NOT register any name that someone else had before the crash!
